Western Australia’s Southwest region only. Currently, there is no portable sawmill hire available. We can pick up logs with our Hiab and saw them at the mill. We will slab logs for tabletops/ benchtops up to 1.8 mtr in diameter or cut structural timber to any size for that building project. $97/ hr + GST for Lucas mill, with a two-man operation. Milling your own logs will save you up to 50% on the cost of market-priced timbers.

We also have a Select horizontal bandsaw mill that is also available at an hourly rate. It can cut logs up to 1040 in diameter. $250/hr with 2 operators incorporating a Woodmiser edger for resawing any odd sizes and slabs.

Processing into flooring or lining is available locally. Kiln drying can also save time in waiting for your cut wood to dry or we can stack your timber for that super fund bonus.
