No Portable Sawmill Hire

We have decided not to use our Lucas mill on a portable basis anymore. If you want some logs cut then we can pick them up and transport them to our sawmill. The new large horizontal bandsaw is more efficient and can cut boards to large slabs, for furniture, house building, and benchtops. We specialize in cutting to your requirements.

 Lucas mill hire is $97 per hour, plus GST.

Loader Hire is not available for log recovery and clean-up.

Hiab truck available for log pick up and delivery $77/hr

Stationary Horizontal Bandsaw Hire

We have a new Select Horizontal Bandsaw installed that will cut a log 1040 ml wide. This super-efficient saw will cut your logs fast and accurately with minimal waste. With a horizontal blade cut of 1.5 ml compared to the Lucas mill sawblade of 5ml and the slabbing chain of 10 ml, you will easily save timber. The saw cuts both ways making it the most efficient horizontal bandsaw mill in WA. The hire rate is $200/hr plus gst.
